Vimy Ridge Dance Program Auditions
Returning to the Program
Students are conditionally accepted to return in the following year, and may register before May 31st in order to take advantage of the early bird discount and to secure placement. All VRA students must attend the placement auditions during the first week of September.
Non-attendance at Summer School will affect a student’s physical conditioning and will be considered in the audition process. Students may be held back until they are in shape and physically capable of handling more difficult work.
New Students to the Program
New students to the Vimy Ridge Dance Program will have to undergo an assessment audition before they will be conditionally accepted to the program. They may register at that time, but must attend the placement audition in September to be placed in the correct level. For audition dates and times please contact us.
Students in need of financial help may apply for funds through the following:
Canada Student Loan (adult students)
Canada Council Arts Grants (based on talent & need, audition required)
Limited bursaries are available. Check with the Dance Office for more information.
